AMCOM Express
PearlNet is a sub-contractor to the AMCOM Express prime contractor Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) FA8771-04-0-0005. U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (AMCOM EXPRESS). The contract provides the full gamut of Advisory and Assistance Services for Team Redstone. GSA Schedule-based pricing is under four domains (Technical, Logistics, Programmatic, and Business and Analytical). Overall contract ceiling has been placed at $2B over contract period.
AMCOM EXPRESS has provided almost $3 billion in high-technology, high-quality, relevant, and responsive advisory and assistance services to AMCOM; Research, Development, and Engineering Command (RDECOM); Program Executive Offices; Program Managers; and functional organizations. AMCOM EXPRESS is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Fixed Price (Level of Effort), Time and Materials (T&M), Labor Hours contract vehicle that enables Team members to efficiently acquire cost effective services in a timely manner.
