JAMES CLIFTON, CBCP
Director of Operations
Mr. Clifton has spent more than 20 years with direct responsibility for operations, program and project management and business development. He is a 20-year US Army veteran who served in combat and garrison units overseas and in the United States. As a Certified Business Continuity Processional (CBCP) he is continually accessing risks and develops mitigation strategies in all that PearlNet does. This has strengthened PearlNet’s awareness and our Continuity of Operations (COOP) which allows us to better serve our customers. Mr. Clifton had previously worked for Volant Systems, MILSPEC, SAIC, LogicJunction, Patient Care Technologies, and taught High School. He earned a Master’s degree in Business Management and undergraduate degree in Computer Information Science (CIS) from Troy University. His versatility and experiences makes him a value member of PearlNet’s management team.
Mr. Clifton is responsible for business development, proposal writing and submission, policy and process documentation, program and project management, training, operational analysis, business continuity and emergency management solutions. He ensures the company performs well on projects and activities to ensure our customers are satisfied with PearlNet’s solutions, products and services. He works with the management team ensuring PearlNet’s development of technology, applications, engineering, implementation, marketing, resource allocation, and budget concerns are on time and on budget.
Since joining PearlNet, Mr. Clifton has overseen a couple of high profile projects one with the US Air Force for a major command in Florida and for a US Army garrison command in Alabama. Both projects were extremely successful and met the customers’ expectations 100%. His leadership and expertise has helped PearlNet expand its capabilities and offerings to our customers.
