The UX team at PearlNet uses a process that goes deep into the understanding of users and the tasks they need to accomplish.
There are 5 layers of the user experience, they include:

- visual design
The overall goal is to create an application that engages the user and creates an overall sense of happiness. The value of using this model is key to the development of widely accepted applications. For the most part, we are creating applications that get used over and over again.
